My goal is to build upon my skills, year after year, for the purpose of designing solutions that serve a greater impact.
In my ongoing pursuit of knowledge, I’m keenly interested in techniques that help me organize my thoughts around what I don’t know about the customer’s needs.
I believe in and work to embody the following:
- It is an innovative mind that seeks to glean the more valuable insights, through knowledge and practical application of techniques for questioning, observing, experimenting, networking and associating.
- It is a creative mind that seeks the more beautiful questions to ask, the ambitious yet actionable questions that can begin to shift the way we perceive or think about something—and that might serve as a catalyst to bring about change.
- It is a strategic mind that seeks to collaborate with individuals where respect, logic and language are a shared framework for utilizing creative thinking to design for the primary and secondary jobs-to-be-done.
- It is a sincere mind that recognizes failure as nuggets of truth and opportunity to aspire to do better by engaging with and trusting the creative process.
