What I Learned From The Best 7 Hours with My Dad

dadssiteI spent the best 7 hours with my dad yesterday. Now, I’m not as politically charged as he is; he’s what I call a “lifer” in the political arena. I may not believe in all that he believes in, but I believe in him!

My dad wanted to build a website that would “give a home” for community members with the same gripe(s) about Jerry Brown that he has. I have to say, I love my dad for going at his content in a way that is factual. Hmmmm… clearly I get my analytical approach to business from him.

Well, the site is up and he’s posting content on his own — I’m so proud! Check out JerryBrownFactCheck.com.

In Honor of Groundhog Day!

GroundhogCartoonimageTwelve years in the biz of building sites and I bump up against the same challenge with every client… content. As with groundhog day, it’s a 50-50% chance that I will have the site structure built before the content is ready!

ps. This was a “nod” to my uncle who has been asking for the last 3 Januaries in a row to help build him a site. And yes, the site is up but the content… where’s the content Uncle Bob?
